I think that they are trying to hide what screws are in your back. To me the hospital is responsible as well. I had mine around 1999, 2000 and have had 2 surgeries since. The second dr / operation stated that one of the screws came loose and was swinging around and hitting my nerves. I had another one in 2014. I have been on Oxycontin and all types of other drugs because of it. I cannot find anyone who will take my case. I found out that he was being investigated on by accident, surfing the internet. The hospital and the insurance companies should have contacted us. It seems like a big coverup. I don’t understand how the insurances can go after their money and the ones that were directly victimized get nothing. I want to sue as well. Nothing but DEMONS!

While I have not personally been associated with Dr. Richard Biama, there was a horrible review about him while he was associated with Orthopedic Medical Group (where John Gonzalez is/was based).

“Be prepared to WAIT. Now I’m not talking about 45 min or so. No…My appointment was yesterday as a matter of fact scheduled at 11am, I didn’t get seen until 1:30pm. That’s the facts and that was not a long wait for me. I’ve spent hours in his office, once up to 5 hours. I would have never done it other than the fact he is pain management and he prescribed my medication. Other than that..I’d NEVER see him again. He’s nice, I’ll give him that. But does not compensate for his lack of time management. He spends too much time dragging his feet and chit chatting with staff and patients. You can hear EVERYTHING through those paper thin walls. Not to mention Maddy, his assistant so ddoesn’t know her job. They will NEVER answer the phone nor will they return a single call. Worst and I mean worst operation over there I have EVER had the misfortune of being involved with.

I am so sorry to hear of your misfortune (like mine) to have had any dealings with Orthopedic Medical Group of Riverside. I am unfamiliar with any current litigations with this Riverside Orthopedic Medical Group. My best suggestion is to consult an medical malpractice attorney. I might even go so far as to look up old cases and see who the attorneys were that have already sued Orthopedic Medical Group, and reach out to them as they are already familiar with some of the practices of this organization.

By providing this site, I am doing as much as I can to prevent people like us, who have been trained by society to trust doctors and surgeons, to realize there are bad actors in this arena.

Again, these are my personal opinions, but they are based on many first hand accounts and my own experiences with Orthopedic Medical Group of Riverside.
