While I have not personally been associated with Dr. Richard Biama, there was a horrible review about him while he was associated with Orthopedic Medical Group (where John Gonzalez is/was based).

I am so sorry to hear of your misfortune (like mine) to have had any dealings with Orthopedic Medical Group of Riverside. I am unfamiliar with any current litigations with this Riverside Orthopedic Medical Group. My best suggestion is to consult an medical malpractice attorney. I might even go so far as to look up old cases and see who the attorneys were that have already sued Orthopedic Medical Group, and reach out to them as they are already familiar with some of the practices of this organization.

By providing this site, I am doing as much as I can to prevent people like us, who have been trained by society to trust doctors and surgeons, to realize there are bad actors in this arena.

Again, these are my personal opinions, but they are based on many first hand accounts and my own experiences with Orthopedic Medical Group of Riverside.

Do I have any recourse ? Is there a class action still on going? Thank you

The primary purpose of this site is to make the public aware of how this orthopedic practice treats people by sharing the experiences of myself and others like yourself.
