My entire experience with Orthopedic Medical Group and Dr. John Gonzalez was inexcusable.
My experience and opinion is that Dr. Gonzalez is apathetic towards anyone but himself. He directs the staff to grossly overbook him leading to ridiculous wait times of about 2 hours per appointment.
Think about that. Supposing he spends 6 minutes with each patient, and lets say the wait time was an hour and fifteen minutes. THAT IS OVER 100 HOURS OF WASTED TIME OF OTHERS A DAY, just so he can maximize his billing. To get a better overview of the group, look at their retirement 401k info.
What kind of out of control glutton would do that?
Orthopedic Medical Group knowingly allows this to happen. I believe that this is indicative of the Medical Group’s routine disregard for their clients.
Vote with your pocket books and stop supporting organizations that knowingly allow this type of negligence. |
