My first 3 appointments had an average wait time of 2 hours from arrival to the greeting of the doctor. In scheduling my 4th appointment, I asked what could be done to avoid unwarranted waste of time.
She told me to call, prior to my appointment, and they could tell me how the doctor was running. When I called that day for my 12:45 pm appointment, I relayed my previous problems, and was told he was on time, that his first appointment was at noon, and I was his third patient.
I finally saw the doctor an hour and forty-five minutes later.
